Return & Shipping Policy


30 Day Return Policy Items purchased on our site in original condition and with original packaging may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of shipment. Upon receipt of your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Control department. JLucina.com reserves the right to refuse the exchange or reimbursement if the items show signs of wear, custom engraving, alteration, resizing, or damaged of any kind where the item is not in original condition. Returns improperly packaged, without a return code on the outside of package, and uninsured will be refused. Any original package returned to us for reimbursement or exchange where recipient refused receipt of shipment will incur a $50 handling fee.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. If our Quality Control department finds any of the aforementioned faults during inspection but at its discretion decides to accept the return, the customer will be responsible for a restocking fee for a minimum of $15. Shipping and Handling fees on all returns will NOT be refunded.

Preparing A Return: Step by Step Process

1. Get Your RMA Number. Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number can be retrieved by emailing us at info@jlucina.com. Once you receive an email confirmation with your RMA number, write this number clearly with a permanent marker on the outside of the box. Make sure the number is visible as the package will be refused without it.

2. Pack-Up. Make sure to use all the original packing materials. Do not write ‘diamond’ or ‘jewelry’ or ‘gold’ anywhere on the outside of the box for security reasons.

3. Send It Out. JLucina.com requires all returns to be shipped via US Postal Service Registered Mail insured for the total value of the contents. Make sure to request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment was delivered to Jlucina.com.

Shipping Terms and Delivery:

Fedex holidays are not considered business days; there will be no pick up or delivery on those days.
If style is In Stock:
• Ships out same business day if ordered before 3pm EST.
• Business days are Monday through Friday. All orders purchased after 3pm EST will be shipped the following business day.
• Orders received Friday after 3pm EST through Sunday will ship out the following business day.
• Overnight shipping is not available on orders received Thursday after 3pm EST through Sunday.
• When shipping to Military APO’s, all items will be shipped through USPS and timing may vary.

Every piece has a tracking number that enables you to know exactly when your piece will arrive. Upgrading to overnight shipping for an additional cost is also available.
